Update on relay.nostr.band NIP-50 search:
- improved indexing of long-form posts (kind:30023), title and subject are now also indexed and searchable
- added indexing of file headers (kind:1063), highlights (9802), badge definitions (kind:30009), stalls and products (30017,18), music tracks from zapstr (31337), and reports (1984)

So the new apps and niches can all have a working search for their new event kinds. If you're a dev looking to contribute to your favorite app, adding NIP-50 search could be a low-hanging useful fruit.
